Employees that average 35 hours a week or more are eligible to participate in the following:

·       Nationwide Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Massachusetts-based HMO medical plans, with GCR contribution.  Eligible employees can enroll as of their first day of employment or during our annual open enrollment July 1.  During our annual open enrollment, any employee may elect insurance if they previously declined or they can make changes to their current plan.  Employees with “Qualifying Events” that meet plan specifications may enroll in the plan with the proper documentation at any time after meeting our eligibility requirements.

·       401k Retirement Plan, administered by Mass Mutual, with individual web-based access and GCR determined company match. **GCR has matched 4-5% of all contributions since 2010. Automatic enrollment plan of 3% begins 30 days after start date as of the first week of full eligibility. Employee can increase/decrease percentage, or decline participation by signing a waiver in their start up package.
